Genki Noodles and Sushi will soon join Atlanta’s burgeoning food truck movement.
The local Asian-inspired eatery on June 24 will expand its “Genki-To-Go” services by hitting the streets with a customized mobile food truck featuring pull-down awnings to shade customers and a big-screen TV on the side for tailgating or catching the big game.
The menu includes appetizers, salads, bowls, sushi rolls, kid’s meals and desserts. All dishes are less than $10.

Genki Noodles and Sushi has locations in Virginia-Highland, The Prado in Sandy Springs and Buckhead. It became a vendor in the Georgia Dome in August 2012.
