It’s no secret the mobile food scene is on the upswing. Visit any major city and you’ll spot trucks devoted to Korean barbecue tacos, handcrafted burgers, and more.
One Atlanta food truck’s “farm to street” approach caught our eye. Happy Belly serves up healthy, organic, locally-sourced option. They even have gluten-free and vegetarian options and give 5 percent of their earnings to the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta to help fight childhood obesity.
Weekend Express spoke to Dawn Hall about Happy Belly’s mission. She’s the driving force behind the truck!
