BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A unique food truck has joined the ranks of other mobile food services around Buffalo.
This one does not serve tacos or hot dogs though — Cheesecake Guy has its own kind of menu.
Owner and operator Matthew Schelter specializes in treats for someone with a sweet tooth.
“I can’t thank my parents enough for giving me the opportunity to start our family business with the Schelter family recipe.” stated Schelter.
Schelter makes a variety of cheesecakes including his Raspberry Beret and Ninja Turtle flavors, the latter containing chocolate, caramel and crushed pecans.
On occasion, Schelter offers special flavors like Maple Bacon.
