Zydeco Bistro truck will be parked May 11 by cafe in Wadsworth
Some new places to eat are cropping up or will be relatively soon.
Chef John Schulze’s Zydeco Bistro food truck is up and running. Schulze, formerly executive chef at the Galaxy in Wadsworth, began serving from his new truck in Wadsworth over the weekend.
Look for him to park his Cajun and Creole cuisine from 5 to 9 p.m. May 11 outside Sonnet’s Coffeehouse & Cafe, 117 College St., Wadsworth. His bright yellow truck also will be at the International Beer Festival at the IX Center in Cleveland from 7 to 10 p.m. May 13 and from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. May 14.
