According to the National Restaurant Association, 19% of fast, casual restaurants say they are very or somewhat likely to launch a food truck in the next year or two.
Rolling Oaks Farms is joining this trend that’s sweeping the nation- opening a food truck of their own to bring fresh food to downtown Dothan.
The food truck is managed by two business partners–who left the corporate world to pursue their passion in good food.
They offer a rotating menu with a Southwestern infusion.
Wednesday’s menu offered a variety of tacos and quesadillas as well as desert and drinks.
The business has been widely accepted by the Downtown community.
The Rolling Oaks Food Truck can be found at the intersection of Troy and Foster Street in Downtown Dothan.
