Dos Chinos about to get even more national exposure!

Facebook is abuzz about Cooking Channel’s Eat Street heading to the OC. Per Edwin’s article last week, Eat Street is a new show from the Cooking Channel documenting the food truck craze. Destinations covered so far include eats in Austin, Los Angeles and Portland.

To find out what three trucks we’ve learned about so far, you know what to do.

Piaggio on Wheels is up first, announcing Thursday morning the spotlight will be on them Thursday, April 28. Followers of their Argentine cuisine will know to find the gang over at the Orange County Fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Perhaps they’ll be showing off some of their love and empanadas?

The Burnt Truck posted an event update, inviting friends, family, even canines to offer some slider support. The classically trained team will be filmed on  Sunday, May 1, at the Orange County Great Park, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Maybe the bologna slider (hint hint!) will make a special appearance.

Last, but not least, are the guys from Dos Chinos. We have a date, Sunday, May 1, but not a confirmed location. Heck, their Eat Street announcement is still mum as of this posting. Keep an eye on their tentative schedule here, and order their breakfast burrito with that egg over easy. Good times.

So put on those stretchy pants and get ready for your close-up!
