Mobile deli hits streets in Idaho Falls
Many locals may enjoy watching on TLC the Great Food Truck Race where food vendors compete for cash and prizes. For eastern Idaho residents this may be the only way they will ever see a restaurant on wheels, until now. Introducing Lady Liberty.
Gandolfo’s New York Delicatessen in Idaho Falls has recently introduced a 5-star mobile delicatessen. The mobile deli features most of the famous deli sandwiches from the 1685 S. Woodruff location. They also feature a great selection of Topp Dawg Gourmet hot dogs using only the finest Nathan’s all beef hot dogs.
Lady Liberty will feature fresh bread baked daily as well as fresh deli salads, gourmet meats and cheeses that are sliced daily and their famous chocolate mousse cake and selections of cheesecakes.
Owners Bob LAsher, Tom Sathre and Jared Brown have been in Idaho Falls five years now and bought their first deli in October 2008. They developed their own brand of gourmet hot dogs using the finest selections of all beef hot dogs and then joined forces with Gandolfo’s Deli. You can also pick up a breakfast sandwich all day as well as catering for your event.
