University Market at 4Corners, a food truck court, opens at 11 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 1) in the parking lot of the old Kmart location at the corner of University and Asher avenues in Little Rock.
Food trucks that will show up at various times throughout the day include:
- Hot Dog Mike
- Homegrown
- Taqueria Samantha
- Haygoods BBQ
- Red River Catering
- The Food Truck
- Christians Take-Out
- Peace Hog Mobile
- Papa’s Burgers & Dogs
This is a soft opening; later this spring the organizers plan to add tables, chairs, shade umbrellas and probably more vendors.
