Well known for his kitchens at desert festivals, Chef Benjamin Haffner is now bringing California Fresh Cuisine to Los Angeles. Trained in Traditional Healing Arts and California French Cuisine, his mastery of this colorful, delicious, nutrient rich whole food cuisine is unique and enlightened. Benjamin trained in San Francisco and Sonoma under former French Laundry Sous Chefs Greggory Short and Ryan Fancher as well as attending the Sushi Academy of Venice, California. Through his experiences as a practitioner/teacher of Shiatsu, Chi Nei Tsang, Forrest Yoga and Whole Food Nutrition, Benjamin brings you a level of refinement, simplicity and freshness rarely found in today’s culinary market.
