Pearl City, HI: Eat the Street Pearl City to benefit area schools

On Saturday, May 23, a special edition of Eat the Street will be held in Pearl City.

The monthly food truck event is being held in partnership with Pearl City High School and the Pearl City Community Association.

It runs from 2-7 p.m. at Pearl City High School with free admission.

Forty vendors will be dishing up treats, including Elena’s Filipino, Pop Pop Donuts, Kau Kau Grill, Milk Tea Hawaii, Primo Popcorn, Aloha Pops, Wow Wow Lemonade and more.

The event also includes keiki activities like airbrush face painting, balloon artist and games, and entertainment by Pearl City High School and Waiau Elementary student groups.

Street parking is free and on-campus parking costs $3.

Proceeds raised from parking will benefit the Pearl City Complex Schools which include: Pearl City High School, Pearl City Elementary, Momilani Elementary, Waiau Elementary, Manana Elementary, Palisades Elementary, Lehua Elementary, Pearl City Highlands Elementary, Highlands Intermediate and Kanoelani Elementary.
