RALEIGH, N.C. — It’s a busy week for local food trucks. Here’s where you can catch them:
This Sunday, more than 50 food trucks from across the state will be on Fayetteville Street for the Downtown Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo. The event kicks off at 1 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m.
As mentioned last week, every Thursday evening until Labor Day, a free concert takes place in City Plaza. This week starts the Oak City 7 part of the series, which features a local band. Pickin’ in the Plaza, which is held alternating weeks, features bluegrass and folk music. Food trucks will be parked here, so enjoy some great music and great food.
Deli-icious will have a pop-up diner at downtown Raleigh’s Hadley’s this weekend (Thursday – Saturday).  This is the first time Hadley’s will have a food truck pop-up in their restaurant. Deli-icious will feature gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
New Food Truck Spotlight
With new trucks entering the scene, we will feature a new food truck each week. When you thought all bases have been covered, a new food truck brings a unique presentation or cuisine. This week, we highlight The Tot Spot, a new food truck featuring tater tots with a variety of toppings.
