The Richardson City Council will meet Monday to consider a special permit for a food truck park.
The proposed park would be located on Bishop Street, between Central Expressway and Interurban Street.
The council will also consider regulations for the new dog park and mobile vendors.
The 6 p.m. work session will be followed by the 7 p.m. council meeting at Richardson City Hall, 411 W. Arapaho Road.
