FANTASY FOOD TRUCK SHOWDOWN – SACRAMENTO‘S FOOD TRUCKS VIE FOR A CHANCE TO TAKE HOME THE TROPHY
Come join us for the Sacramento regions first ever Fantasy Food Truck Showdown (FFTS), a bracket points competition between the best of the gourmet food truck industry at a craft brewery near you.
The food trucks will be provided with a mystery ingredient box and have to prepare a dish that pairs with the craft brews from the various host breweries. The prepared dishes will be judged by celebrity and industry judges, and food truck standings will be adjusted based on the monthly point totals. If you would like to vote, attend one of the events and you can purchase a food truck pass, which includes 6 small plates and a beer, and allows you to vote for your favoritetruck of the month.
FFTS takes place every first Thursday from May to August, from 4:30PM-8PM. So come on out and enjoy some great craft food and beer, music, and a friendly competition. Free to the public, no cover charge. Come experience Food Truck Life in Sac! Let the competition commence. #FoodTruckLife #FFTS2015
