A Seattle food truck is proving gourmet food can come in unlikely shapes. The Tokyo Dog truck serves up what the Guinness Book of World Records recently named the world’s most expensive hot dog. Its Juuni Ban is a footlong smoked cheese bratwurst that comes on a brioche bun. The gourmet toppings include teriyaki grilled onions, tender beef, black truffle shavings, caviar and a special Japanese mayo. The hot dog creation costs a whopping 169-dollars plus tax and must be ordered two weeks in advance. Tokyo Dog donates all proceeds from the sale of this elite hot dog to the Red Cross.
