Poi Dog Snack Shop’s menu contains both sweet and savory snacks, Hawaiian tacos and plate lunches. The two Foo Truck veterans dish out island foods like Spam Musubi, a World War II-era dish made of grilled Spam with white rice and a Nori wrap.

The Psy Bibigo truck is serving up Psy's favorite dish,bibimbap, and also a fried version along with dumplings. Caput also put his own spin on a dish using galbi, the Korean BBQ short ribs. He came up with a steamed bun sandwich stuffed with galbi, lettuce and a sweet sauce.

The food truck chefs will be creating a special "Ate on 5th" dish for the judges and guests to try. When guests buy the "Ate on 5th" dish from each food truck they will also receive discounts to participating area retailers, restaurants and bars. (The discounts will need to be validated at the concierge desk at the event.)
