Food trucks can be a great tool to energize a space, provide food options where they are limited, encourage entrepreneurship and business growth, and engage residents and visitors in a community.

Airport officials say they want more flexibility in allowing food trucks to serve passengers — and employees — at breakfast, lunch and dinnertime.

Our most popular item is probably the chicken taco. It has perfectly seasoned chicken with your choice of toppings that include fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onions, finely chopped cilantro, jalapenos and cheeses served in a soft corntortilla, unless requested otherwise.

We serve artisan pizzas and baked goods, which include items made with our stone milled flour, packaged under the name Louismill Apart from the truck, we also offer artisan bread making classes in Louisville.

Popular items include "Tri Tip Tacos," crab cake sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, mac n cheese with bacon, fish and chips, a local charcuterie and cheese plate, pork sliders, and a blackened shrimp quesadilla.
