The food truck world in Fort Worth, and the Near Southside specifically, expands a little more with the launch of YES! Taco Truck

Fort Worth’s urban food truck scene is slowly but surely starting to take root in redeveloping walkable neighborhoods near downtown, and here’s the newest example.

The Wiener Man will be serving up all-beef hot dogs on fresh artisan bread, topped with local produce and homemade sauces and chili.

Cheesy Food Truck will be serving up a series of creative cheese-centric dishes (including a grilled mac & cheese sandwich and the “mashed potato martini”) out of a bright orange truck at 1614 Mistletoe, across the street from Baylor All Saints hospital and right down the street from the offices of Fort Worth South, Inc.

According to Yum Yum Food Truck’s Facebook page, the City of Fort Worth has shuttered the downtown food trucks until after the Super Bowl.
