The Taste of Buffalo runs through 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. along Delaware Avenue from Chippewa Street to Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo. Don't forget the 30th birthday party finale happens at 3:30 p.m. in Niagara Square!
The Hutto City Council, in a 5-to-2 vote on Thursday, approved allowing food trucks in addition to just trailers on a designated vendor lot slated to go into operation this summer in Old Town. The vote was taken on first reading and requires a second reading and final vote.
Thirty two food trucks will be parked at Monmouth Park on May 25 and May 26
This month, the DC Council will review and vote on proposed regulations for food trucks in DC. The regulations, as written, will severely reduce the mobility and viability of food trucks in the District, and will likely greatly diminish the quantity and quality of what food trucks are able to offer.
The key to winning the tournament was the same as making the business work: Hard, consistent effort, whether it was constantly asking people on social media to vote or talking with customers and including little pieces of paper with every order asking people to go online and vote.
