What does 2013 hold for Tucson foodies?
• More food trucks including one of the most anticipated ventures by the owners of El Coqui, the Caribbean restaurant that closed its doors in June. Husband-and-wife team Liz and Joseph Gonzalez hope to have their own food trailer up and running later this month.
• More burger joints, including a Tucson outpost of Flagstaff’s popular Diablo Burger coming this spring to the Rialto block downtown.
• More downtown restaurants and bars including El Diablo sibling venture the Good Oak Bar.
• More upscale dining including Five Palms, expected to open next month in the spacious foothills building that once housed the venerable Terra Cotta.
