The city of El Paso has opened the application period for parade participants, food trucks and artisan vendors for the Scherr Legate WinterFest Lights Parade, which returns to Downtown on Nov. 19. The food truck and artisan applications are online at epmcad.org, and the application for those interested in participating in the parade is at ElPasoTexas.gov/Parks. The deadline to apply is Oct. 24.
