New England isn’t exactly known for its barbecue, but husband-and-wife team Mike Strout and Janice Sullivan have proven that their venture GottaQ BBQ Food Truck & Catering can hold its own. On Mobile Cuisine’s 2014 list of the best BBQ food trucks in the country, GottaQ ranked third, second only to two Texas trucks.
The growing popularity of food trucks has many wanting to learn how to start their own in the Twin Ports.
