From the Pork Banh Mi, a delicious sandwich of slow roasted sriracha pulled pork, pickled daikon radish and carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, jalapenos and spicy mayo all served on a soft French baguette, to the Fresh Spring Rolls filled with vermicelli rice noodles, shrimp, vegetables, mint, cilantro, and chives hand-rolled in rice paper and served with a can’t-get-enough spicy peanut sauce, Mai Chau’s small menu is still sure to satisfy. They also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and plan to expand their menu as the weather and patronage picks up.
