Finally, The Food Truck rodeo scene has arrived in Charleston, SC !  Imagine a smorgasboard of restaurants serving up their best dishes, all in one location. That would be a Food Truck Rodeo. When not at a Food Truck Rodeo, the food trucks can be individually spotted around town during the hours of 11:00-2:00. So if you see one, catch it while you can, because it won’t be parked there long.
