Alex Robinson had it all: a great job working for Major League Baseball, a life in New York and a future in the media industry. But something was missing. Though he was happy working for MLB, he wanted to strike out on his own.
So Robinson said farewell, packed up his bags and moved back to Chicago to start a food truck business selling lobster.
The move was initially met with skepticism — why leave a dream job to found a food truck, of all things?

Happy Lobster truck to the Loop every weekday morning. –
