Cleveland, OH: Last chance to nominate your favorite food truck to be included in Best Food Trucks contest

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Want to make sure your favorite food truck is in the running to be declared the Best Food Truck in Greater Cleveland? You have just a few hours left to nominate!

The nomination deadline for cleveland.com’s Best Food Trucks contest is Thursday at 5 p.m.

The nomination process is easy: either leave a comment below with the name of your favorite food truck, or simply send an email to best@cleveland.com. Let us know what you love about that particular food truck, or your favorite dish on the menu.

Between all the nominations emailed to us, left in the comments, and shared with us yesterday at Walnut Wednesday, about 30 food trucks have been nominated by local foodies so far.

The only stipulation is the food truck has to be based in Northeast Ohio (Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage, Lake and Geauga counties).

The first round of voting launches Monday, June 13. Readers will narrow the full list of nominated food trucks down to the Top 8. From there, we’ll continue voting online bracket-style through quarterfinals and semifinals rounds until we get to the final food truck face-off the week of July 5. The winner will be announced on July 11.
