Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the most popular mobile restaurants in Irvine, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to get the best meals on wheels.

First on the list is Dogzilla. Located at 16221 Construction Circle West in the Business District, it’s the highest-rated food truck in Irvine, boasting 4.5 stars out of 620 reviews on Yelp.
2. Nostimo Greek Mediterranean Cuisine on Wheels
Also in the Business District is Nostimo Greek Mediterranean Cuisine on Wheels, at 16221 Construction Circle W. It’s another top choice, with Yelpers giving the food truck 4.5 stars out of 73 reviews.
3. Dogge Depot Catering Co.
Dogge Depot Catering Co., a food truck/food stand that offers hot dogs and more in the Business District, is another much-loved go-to, with five stars out of 14 Yelp reviews. Head over to 2041 Business Center Drive to see for yourself.
4. Cruisin Fusion
Finally, also in the Business District, check out Cruisin Fusion, which has earned four stars out of 24 reviews on Yelp. You can find the food truck and caterer at 1100 Synergy.
Deciding when to check out the top spots above? Saturdays tend to be the busiest days of the week for consumer spending at quick serve food and beverage businesses across the Irvine area, while Wednesdays are least busy, according to data on local business transactions from Womply, a provider of online reputation management and marketing automation for small businesses. Last year, average daily transactions at quick serve food and beverage businesses grew to 61 per business on Saturdays, compared to 50 daily transactions on average on Wednesdays.
