L.A. Food Truck Owner Sues Porn Company For Filming Sex Acts On His Counters

A famous L.A. food truck owner has filed suit against a porn production company called Metro Home Video because the porn producers are ruining his business.  It seems the porn people did some naughty things on one of his trucks, so he wants to stop them from releasing the resulting video.

According to TMZ, Joe Kim, owner and operator of the famous “Flying Pig” catering truck, has already sent a cease and desist letter to Metro Home Video.  Kim claims the porn outfit lied when they told him they would use his truck as a mere backdrop for a “normal” i.e. non-pornographic film.  Instead, they made a regular old hardcore XXX-rated porno movie.  To add insult to injury, the performers even had sex “in the food preparation areas.”  In other words, they did it on the counters.  Kim fears that the resulting XXX-rated film, The Flying Pink Pig, will destroy his business.   In fact, he claims it has already caused “loyal customers to voice concerns about the healthfulness of the food.”  Wonder why?

Sadly, Kim’s protestations have had little effect on the people at Media Home Video.  They’re determined to release the film.  And Kim is determined to file a lawsuit.

Only in La-la-land.  Stay tuned.
