NASHVILLE, Tenn. – More than 30 food trucks and seven live music acts greeted visitors at Centennial Park on Saturday for the fall kickoff of Musicians Corner.

The event, which has been held at Centennial Park since 2010, featured music from the Barber Shop Harmony Society, traditional New Orleans jazz music, pop-rock and R&B.

“So it’s a little bit of everything,” said Musicians Corner Executive Director John Tuminello. “It’s basically a celebration of our city.”

Jon Heidelberg, owner of the ‘Jonbalaya’ food truck, says he’s been cooking southern and Cajun food all his life. So he decided to start his own food truck business.

“There’s so many different choices here that no one is going to be disappointed,” Heidelberg said of the Food Truck Festival.

The fall season of Musicians Corner features free live concerts at Centennial Park each Saturday afternoon in September and October.
