PALM COAST — The next Food Truck Tuesdays event is set for 5 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at Central Park in Town Center, 975 Central Ave.

This month’s event will feature 11 food trucks — mobile kitchens, canteens and catering trucks that offer up appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts, according to a news release from the city.

This month’s featured foods include Polynesian cuisine, frozen yogurt, lobster rolls, regional American, fish and chips and ice cream.

Many menus are kid-friendly and the city’s parks and recreation department will offer music and games.

Proceeds fwill go toward “scholarships” for families with financial need, according to the release.

Also this month, non-perishable food items will be accepted in preparation for this fall’s Feed Flagler.
