Twelve local food trucks are banning together to serve up good, affordable food at “Fork n Spoon Craze” 5 to 9 p.m. Feb. 12Â in the parking lot at Encore Glass, 1450 Front St. NE, in downtown Salem.
Just like the inaugural food truck gathering, “The Food Truck Function,” the food trucks will pool their tips and donate them  to The Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties.
The gathering is organized by Island Girl’s Lunchbox owner Stephanie Sosa.
