You can find a food cart for just about any type of cuisine imaginable, but what makes these five so special is that they each celebrate Wisconsin in their own way! Some feature locally sourced ingredients, while others put a new twist on an old cookout classic.

Five cannoli flavors remain constant on the menu, including traditional with classic ricotta filling, chocolate-dipped, Heath Bar crunch, Oreo cookie and peanut butter. Rotating flavors are often inspired by seasons: chocolate-covered strawberry, pumpkin spice, apple pie, blueberry.

Taqueria Cinco owner Nicolas Carvente, a town resident, claims there is another motive that is at the root of some of the complaints, and pointed to a negative social media posts he called “bullying” and evidence of “racism.”

The Blue Pants taproom, located at the Madison' brewery's airplane hangar-like space, offer local beer aficionados tasty craft brews and warm commiseration. Together, the food truck and taproom combined for quite a satisfying food-and-drink experience.
