The roasted red pepper and almond sauce was slightly sweet with a coarse pureed texture. It paired nicely with the flavor of the chicken. This dish also comes with a cucumber-and-dill sauce option.
For the uninitiated, these are terrific, hefty hot dogs topped with things like teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise and nori, or all things that make you readily believe in their mission statement ("Making the world happy and alive through hot dogs!").
Embracing lighter roasting profiles and directly sourcing beans, Pallet will offer two espressos and two drip coffees.

The city’s growing fleet of food truck owners will descend on Robson Square starting Jan. 22 to showcase their culinary offerings as part of the Dine Out Vancouver festival.
The Food Truck Festival will feature up to five new food trucks every week. All the food trucks will be participating in creating a Market Menu Item, where they must create a menu item with products from the Winter Market.
The city has also said it won’t issue any new permits this year other than to those who have been sub-leasing spots, providing they pass a review
