One of the Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s most anticipated events is back for its fifth year.

Street Food City, a pop-up food truck festival, will take over the north plaza outside the Vancouver Art Gallery (750 Hornby Street) for a week from January 16 to 24.

The festival will feature more than 25 food trucks, including local favourites like Le Tigre, Mom’s Grilled Cheese, Vij’s, and Roaming Dragon.

All trucks will be open for business from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the event is free.

Each truck will also be offering a special deal from its menu throughout the week and will donate $1 from every one sold to A Loving Spoonful, a volunteer-driven organization that provides meals to those living with HIV/AIDS in Metro Vancouver.
