Bring your appetites as 40 gourmet food trucks will converge on Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs to compete for a variety of prestigious titles.
On Sunday, July 15 from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Food Truck Wars II festivities include live music by Cactus Jack & the Cadillacs, a kid’s play area and a beer garden. Additional entertainment will be provided by XL106.7 and WJRR.
The cuisine covers a wide variety of food. Everyone should be able to find something that will appeal to their liking such as Thai, Fish & Chips, BBQ, Gourmet Cupcakes and just about everything in between.
Those in attendance will be able to vote on categories including:
• People’s Choice Award
• Top Sales
• Largest Single Food Item
• Chef’s Taste Off
• Most Fun Food Truck Appearance
• Favorite Dessert
“Food Truck Wars I was an amazing experience” said Liz Otts, President of Food Truck Crazy, Inc, “and Food Truck Wars II will be event better.”
The Optimist Club of Altamonte Springs will also be on hand raising money for local charities.
