Really, the whole line-up looks pretty luscious. We’re highlighting the trucks we’re most excited about, though, because otherwise we’re going to become paralyzed by choice. Tacos or whoopie pies? Hot dogs with secret mustard, or dosas? It’s very tough to narrow down, and a strategy is essential.

Area Four Food Truck: We want to know if they’ll sell bacon-pretzel nuggets and pimento cheese dip. But really, how could they not?

Baja Taco Company: San Diego-style tacos? Yes please. Plus, we hear they’re testing breakfast burritos.

Biryani Park: Exceptional dosas and homestyle Sri Lankan food in Malden. It’ll be nice to have them in a more mainstream location.

Boston Super Dog: Also known as Boston Speed Dog. Don’t let the new namefool you. There will be pastrami and secret mustard sauce.

Fugu Truck: The steamed pork belly buns at this new truck sound likeawesome totable treats.

Tenoch Mexican: We love the Medford original, so how could we not love the original on wheels? Smoky chile de árbol is the condiment to request here.

The Bacon Truck: We can’t even find a Facebook page for these people, but we’re intrigued.

The Whoo(pie) Wagon: They make Whoopie pies dressed as burgers. ‘Nuf said.

The full roster is here. What are you most psyched about? Opening day is May 5!
