MINNEAPOLIS – On this installment of Food Truck Friday, we’re taking you to the food truck that started it all. Smack Shack was the first food truck to operate in Minneapolis.
In 2010, Smack Shack started serving their lobster rolls (using fresh lobster meat from Maine) from a parking lot.
Today, the self-described “casual, coastal” food truck continues to satisfy taste buds with their fresh seafood fare.
