Look no further than a converted 1930s sheepherder’s wagon for this year’s Best Food Truck.
For over five years, Skull Creek Greek has been serving up traditional gyros, falafel, hummus, Greek Salad and more.
With a regular presence at the Main Street Steamboat Farmers Market, Steamboat Free Summer Concert Series, Winter Wondergrass and other special events, the Skull Creek Greek Wagon has become a staple of the Yampa Valley. It can also be booked for catering events.
“Serving Steamboat is a joy,” says co-owner Jason Partovi, whose food truck complements their storefront location on Lincoln Avenue. “We get to be out in beautiful Steamboat serving great food at fun events, and working with awesome people. It doesn’t get any better.”
