This summer's Food Truck Rally series has been extended through the months of September and October
The first mobile food truck was stationed at Booker T. Washington STEM Academy in Champaign on Aug. 8, and served approximately 130 families, with over 30 volunteers to assist EIF with the food distribution process.
The truck, funded in part by a successful Kickstarter campaign a year ago, will debut today, executive chef and owner Mike Harden said, after the graphics were applied to it earlier this week.
