Farm fresh food is in demand, and two local food trucks are putting it on wheels.
The Seti Polish Boy starts with the sausage being slow grilled. Then once you place your order it is then quickly deep fried before being added to the bun with hand cut french fries, their homemade bbq sauce and cole slaw. Although not totally traditional Seti’s offers chili and cheese as options to your Polish Boy.
This year, there will be 15 local food trucks set up on Fourth Street between Main and Elm streets, two stages for six musicians, 35 vendors, a beer garden and more.

The third annual Vendy Awards - a competition among local food trucks and a fundraiser for the Food Trust - is set for June 8 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Penn Treaty Park.
