Strap down the Jambalaya, said the cooks at Los Angeles’ Wicked Kitchen food truck, we’re headed to Austin.
The multi-ethnic kitchen on wheels is making the trip from California to the Capital City for South By Southwest. The food truck will travel nearly 1,400 miles to join the scores of local food trucks that will feed the city during the nine-day festival.
Those trucks are a SXSW staple — many travel sites have guides dedicated solely to the mobile eateries.
You can track the truck’s progress and see where it’s headed by following them on Twitter (@WickedKitchn) or on Facebook (wickedkitchentruck).
