Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, a popular food truck in Boston, is slated to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant this fall. The Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog reports that a lease is signed for 485 Cambridge Street in Allston, and Roxy’s owner, James DiSabatino, says he’s aiming for a fall opening [via Eater].
Roxy’s joins a string of trucks that have either opened a restaurant or are slated to open. Clover Food Lab, which started as a food truck, has two restaurant locations and a few more on the way. Bon Me opened a store earlier this year. Mei Mei Street Kitchen is also slated to open their first store this spring at 27 Buswell Street.
