LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A plan to give people more food options in downtown Lexington has cleared another hurdle.
Tuesday, the Fayette Urban County Council approved the first reading of a food truck proposal.
This comes after the Lexington Parking Authority agreed to a plan to allow food trucks to operate on designated parking areas.
Right now, the trucks are only allowed on private property, and not on public streets.
