The vehicle is designed to be easily maneuverable in tight urban environments; however, once on site, it opens up to double its length, creating a space that is both functional and versatile.
Le Bistrot du Lion includes areas for food prep, cooking, dining and refreshments, as well as a DJ booth that offers web radio and a variety of music playlists to create the appropriate atmosphere. This food truck is a fabulous example of design being used to create space where there appears to be none, and could forever alter our perception of the humble food truck.
