The show would feature the winner of a contest for favorite food vendor in Seoul South Korea. The goal of the program is to promote Korean (and eventually other Asian nations) amazing street food culture, and help it find its place in the US.
The show would feature the chef searching for the best spot, introducing Korean food and culture, and making a business work in a new country. Further filming and/or show would involve the selection process – a contest in Seoul to vote for the best street vendors (could be its own show).
Revenue streams from reality TV show airing in the US, in Korea, Korean food store (H-Mart) and from government agencies interested in promoting Korean culture.
