The food truck invasion shows no sign of slowing down in Delaware.
Sussex County restaurateur Matt Haley hopped onto the bandwagon July Fourth.
Big Thunder Roadside Kitchen is serving lunch in the parking lot of Haley’s Bluecoast Seafood Grill off Del. 1 in Bethany Beach every Saturday throughout the summer.
The food truck serves crab cake sandwiches, lobster rolls, salads, salt fries and kimchee hot dogs, along with some other items.
Tomato Sunshine, the popular Rehoboth Beach farmstand, also will be selling produce on Saturdays in the restaurant’s parking lot, according to the Bluecoast Seafood Grill’s Facebook page.
