The patty was cooked to medium, with some crisp on the outside and pink in the middle. It was about 3 full bites, with a creamy ketchup/mayo-type sauce blending with the melted cheese. The onion added some bite, but this slider called out for a pickle
As for the cream gravy, it’s good, but it’s not the traditional Southern gravy we’ve had on chicken fried steak, biscuits & gravy, and chicken & waffles. That stuff will stop a train (or the blood from pumping to your heart)
The Bavarian Burger ($6) includes one of those patties, with decent char and a slight bit of pink in the middle, topped with raw onion and sharp German mustard and served on a soft pretzel roll. It's simple and satisfying.
