Fraîche Mobile Kitchen is a combined effort of two professional chefs. Owner and professional pastry chef Kristen Schafbuch and Chef Balmore Gomez (whose background includes specializing in curing meats, making sausages, rubs and sauces).
Fraîche Mobile Kitchen showcases locally sourced ingredients. They purchase their pork and lamb through Black Hill Ranch, get their egg supply from Renaissance Chickens, their produce from the local farmers’ market and all bread is baked fresh daily. They don’t do pre-packaged and they don’t do preservatives!
