If you’re a fan of The Flintstones and always wanted to try some Bronto-burgers tonight’s your chance. B.C. Tacos, the caveman-themed taco truck, debuts tonight at Maroone Chevrolet’s Miami Food Trucks At Fort Lauderdale, where neatly two dozen food trucks will be serving dinner from 5:00 – 10:00 pm.
B.C. Tacos features items like Prehistoric Pulled Pork Tacos, The T-Rex Taco (Chicken), The Encino Man Taco (Buffalo Mahi) and The Gatherer Taco (Fried Avocado). All tacos are under four bucks. Bronto Bowls (any taco in a lettuce bowl) and Dino Delights (a smores dessert taco) are other offerings with totally cool names.
Trucks joining B.C. Tacos are: Aaron’s Catering Express, Big Kahuna, Catered Bliss, Caza Crepes, CheeseMe Mobile, Che Grill, Chef on 4 Wheels, Chef on Wheels, El Rincon del Coqui, The Fish Box, Grill Master Cafe, Gyromaniakz, Latin Burger, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, Papa’s Tapas, PopBurger Love & Chocolate Love, Sakaya Kitchen, Snow Caps, Sugar Rush, and Tango Grill.
