This time the menu creations are her own, fresh hand-pressed beef burgers and all-natural grilled chicken served on Rockenwagner brioche buns, plus Hebrew National hot dogs and your choice of toppings: American cheese, caramelized onions and a special sauce (the House); smoked bacon, pepperjack cheese, onion strings and bbq sauce (the Western); avocado, egg and pesto mayo (the Avoegg); and bacon, pepperjack and spicy ranch (the Picante).

Bacon is a big theme this year. One of the signature dishes is the double bacon corn dog, which wraps the salty meat around a wiener before it is deep fried and served with maple syrup and even more bacon.

The newest roving restaurant is Crossroads Diner, a truck serving kitschy diner food, like a cheeseburger homage to Pulp Fiction, chicken Caesear salads and an Elvis-inspired peanut butter and banana sandwich with bacon.

Lorenzo Colella of Joe's Pizza in New Canaan is offering breakfast to Metro-North Railroad commuters at the Talmadge Hill Road train station lot, Monday to Friday, from 6 to 9 a.m.
