Singapore Takeout in Hong Kong: Fine Dining from a Mobile Kitchen

Best of Asia’s fine dining: Out of the mobile kitchen and onto your plate.

Two acclaimed chefs from the region will be cooking out of a metal box for you free of charge.

The Singapore Takeout pop-up restaurant is coming to Hong Kong November 11 and 12. A shipping container will open up at Cyberport and reveal a functioning kitchen inside.

The magic mobile kitchen opens up.

Chef Armin Leitgeb from Singapore’s Les Amis and chef Sebastien Lepinoy from Hong Kong’s Cepage will be cooking in this mobile kitchen.

Serving foodies in New York.

There will be three sessions of dining open to the public and the meal is free of charge. All foodies have to do is register before midnight tonight (November 7) and lucky diners will be chosen at random.

Public sessions:

November 11, 6:30 – 8 p.m., menu by Armin Leitgeb and Sebastien Lepinoy
November 12, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., menu by Armin Leitgeb
November 12, 1:30 – 3 p.m., menu by Sebastien Lepinoy
